At Trevijewelry.com, we are striving to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and satisfying as possible.  If you have a question or concern that you would like to be addressed, we'd love to hear from you.
All our merchandise is made per special order or special request.  WE create limited editions of each product.

Shipping Policy
We offer a multitude of gifts and collectibles on line, all of them custom or limited edition.
If there is a possibility that your order will be delayed, we will let you know in advance.
Per your request we can hand process your credit card charge and individually schedule each order. If you have any questions about your charges or your order, we have the information available and are able to make immediate adjustments as required.

PAYNENT TERMS
We accept all major credit cards and money orders. Sorry no COD or personal checks. Your order will not be processed and shipped until payment received in full.
Price adjustments

Prices are subject to change.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing onTrevijewelry.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Return Policy

Due to all our merchandise and engraved items hand made and done per special orders only and are non-returnable and upon placing the order, must be paid in full.

Returns - We will accept returns only if merchandise is defective for 15 days after shipping. Returned merchandise must be in their original container and must be in the condition received. Please have all paperwork attached so we can issue the proper refund.
To avoid confusion, be sure to request a "Return Approval Number" before shipping.

You must call customer service at 312-324-0203 or E-mail your request to customerservice@trevijewelry.com for an authorization number, prior to your returning any item to us. Absolutely, no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The shipment will be refused and returned to you.

The authorization number must be affixed to the front of the package.  In the event that prior authorization is not obtained and written clearly on the package, the shipment will not be accepted for refund. 
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and full-value insurance.
The customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise, except for the original cost of shipping, incurred by us.  Under no circumstances, will we refund the cost of shipping!
In the event that an item is received damaged, keep all original packing materials and contact us, within 3 days of the receipt of the shipment at 321-324-02-23 or E-mail us at customerservice@trevijewelry.com for further instructions. We cannot assume responsibility for damaged goods, after 3 days of the receipt of the merchandise.
You must contact UPS or FEDEX immediately, to report the damage.   No damaged goods will be accepted without a claim form and full-value insurance.

SALES TAXES

Sales Tax: TreviJewelery.com only collects state sales tax on items delivered within Illinois deliveries are charged 10% state sales tax which is calculated automatically during checkout.

If requested, a card will be placed in the package, with a personalized message. (Please leave any messages you would like to be written in the space titled “Special Instructions/Comments,” which is located in the window when entering credit card information)

If Ordered Online, our secured advanced Protection System will ensure you that nobody unwanted will see your information except you and Trevijewelry.com
- We will E-mail you a confirmation letting you know that we have received your order.
- Upon shipping your order, we will send you a second E-mail that will provide you with tracking information.

If Ordered By Phone
Please select all the items of your choice. During the check out process you will be asked if the order is going to be shipped in or outside of IL. Please call with Credit Card #.  This will enable you to purchase items without providing your credit card information over the internet. Please have your 12 digit order number and your credit card in hand, and call Trevijewelry.com  at 1-312-324-02-03. Important: If you do not call with credit card information, your order will not be processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Please contact us via e-mail to find out about shipping charges according with your destination.

If you are purchasing multiple items and you wish to gift wrap only certain items please list items under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS.

If the packages need to be shipped by air or any service other than ground, there will be a standard charge. You will be notified of actual UPS or FEDEX cost for these services. (We do not ship to post office boxes)

Guarantee: Warranty and Repair Policy
Trevi Jewelry warrants all products to be free of any defects and will repair or replace any imperfection found at any time by the Original Purchaser. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
Original Purchaser is defined as anyone that purchases and has possession of product from Trevi Jewelry. The Original Purchaser definition includes any persons that receives Trevi Jewelry product as a gift from an Original Purchaser. Trevi armory warranties are non-transferable except as noted above. This policy may be rescinded on an individual item by item basis if abuse of the return and repair policy is detected.
Trevi Jewelry Authorized Dealers are defined as retail stores that have an agreement to purchase products direct from Trevijewelry.com on an ongoing basis for resale and do not purchase or deal in any grey-market product originally created by Trevijewelry.com.  Failure of a retail store to have an invoice for Trevijewelry.com product for sale in their store will constitute grey-market sales. Grey-market sales as described above will be cause for termination of any purchase agreements between Trevijewelry.com and the retail store.
Trevijewelry.com will not service, repair, replace, improve, or warranty: grey-market product either new or used, secondary market product, or any other third party owners of product.
Trevijewelry.com reserves the right to change or alter these terms at any time. Interpretation will be at the discretion of Trevijewelry.com.  Revised terms will be posted on the Trevi Jewelry web site from time to time.

Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via e-mail, or by calling 1.312.324.0203.  Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.

Discounts
Membership discounts.
Members of Trevi media club are entitled to a 10% discount on most products that can be ordered through this website. In order to take advantage of this discount, the buyer must enter a specified 8-digit code into the special field during the checkout process. This discount code would be communicated to members.
Membership to the club is currently available and can be purchased through this website.
Coupon Discounts.
From time to time this website will distribute discount coupons to potential customers. Discount coupons are in the form of an 8-digit code that a buyer can enter during the checkout process. A discount coupon can only be used once. The website will ignore a discount coupon that is expired or has already been used. Selected products are excluded from membership.  At times we will run promotions on specific products and offer those products at reduced prices. You are invited to take a look at the Special Values gallery on the website for a selection of products being offered at special prices.
Order confirmation
All orders accepted on the website are pending upon payment verification. Once we receive your order, our Customer Service department will send you an order confirmation via e-mail, informing that your order has been accepted and payment has been verified. The order confirmation e-mail will summarize all the particulars pertaining to your order. In the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the information provided on the website and the information provided in the confirmation email, the content in the latter will prevail.
If for any reason we cannot verify your payment, we will inform you by e-mail. In such a case you will have to re-enter your order on our web site.
Another e-mail will also contain the name of the shipping company in charge of the delivery, a tracking number, and information on how to track your shipment over the Internet.
The order confirmation e-mail will contain:
Status of your order: accepted or not accepted
Itemized price, including taxes and shipping and handling costs
Expected delivery dates of the items you have purchased
Security and handling of personal and sensitive information
Trevimedia.net makes every effort to ensure that all of the transactions made on the TrEVIMEDIA.NET website are secure. All credit card numbers submitted to the site are encrypted using "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) encryption, which is the industry standard for information security and is used by more than 100,000 websites in more than fifty countries. Credit card and any personal information will be removed from the server hosting the website within a few hours of the time the order is placed. We will retain your order information for our records, but this information will never be sold or shared with others.
SHipping & Handling
Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the weight of the items being shipped, including the packing material. An insurance charge will be added to all orders with a value higher than $100 (including S & H). A $2.50 flat rate insurance charge is applied to all orders with a value between $100 and $500. An additional $0.65 insurance charge will be applied for every $100 or fraction thereof over $500 of order value.
Deliveries to APOs. A special rate applies to these orders, which is higher than the continental US rate. The website will calculate the total shipping and handling cost and will include it into the total charge of the order.
Deliveries to countries other than the USA. Only the 'international economy' level of service is offered for these orders. The website will calculate the total shipping and handling cost and will include it into the total charge of the order.
All international customers are responsible for Custom Duties, as per the laws and regulations of their home countries.
For shipments exceeding 95 pounds, S&H charges will be determined and a quote will be sent to the customer in the order confirmation e-mail.
Delivery is available to street addresses only. We are not able to deliver to post office boxes.
The refunds or cancellation policy of special orders is the following:
Changes or cancellations will be accepted at no charge until the request to manufacture the item is placed with the original item manufacturer.
After the special order has been placed with the product manufacturer, a cancellation will result in the customer losing his/her 50% Of ORIGINAL payment FOR. Special order changes will be accepted at our discretion, possibly for an additional charge.
After 5 days Since ORDER WAS PLAcED, no refunds or order cancellation will be accepted on special orders.
Special note regarding conflict diamonds:
All diamonds sold by trevijewelry.com have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations Resolution.
Typographical Errors and Adjustments of Prices
Every effort is made to maintain the accuracy of all information presented on our website. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error, trevijewelry.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. trevi shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card was charged for the purchase, your order will be cancelled, an immediate credit will be issued to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price and you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Trevi media, inc  further reserves the right to change prices without notice to reflect changes in raw material and/or manufacturing costs.
